NUTRI - BARS 
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. white corn syrup
3 c. crisp rice cereal
1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a glass mixing bowl and cook in microwave for 2 minutes, or until mixture boils. Stir in the peanut butter. Add the cereal and mix well. Spread the mixture in a buttered 8 x 12 inch pan, pressing down with your hands. Place the chocolate and butterscotch chips in a glass bowl and microwave for 4 minutes, or until melted. Stir well and spread evenly over cereal mixture. Cut into 24 bars and chill to harden the topping. Store tightly covered.

NO MICROWAVE OVEN? Follow directions above, except cook sugar-corn syrup mixture in a saucepan over medium heat and melt in a double boiler.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
