GREEN JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. can pears
1 container whipping cream (can substitute 16 oz. Cool Whip)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup hot pear juice, (add water to pear juice if needed to get a cup). Whip 1 container whipping cream. Add cream cheese. Make sure it is soft. Mix until creamy. Add the drained pears, mix together then add cooled Jello. Mix all ingredients. Place in refrigerator to chill. Many variations can be done. Serves 15.
