LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/2 - 1 tsp. jalapeno juice
4 pkgs. frozen lima beans, cooked & drained

Melt cheese. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, seasonings and lima beans. Pour all into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This is delicious with baked ham. Serves 8 to 10 easily.
