BAKED CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 chicken, cooked and stripped
6 to 8 c. soft bread crumbs
1 stalk celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of sage, pepper and salt

Saute onion in oil. Add crumbs, celery, seasonings and baking powder. Add milk and eggs. Put cut up chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover chicken with dressing. Pour 2 cups of broth over dressing. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not cover.

Serves 6.
