BAKED LEMON CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. tarragon
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. chicken parts
1 clove garlic, minced

Melt butter in 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine flour, salt, tarragon and toss chicken with this mixture in a plastic bag to coat. Then coat chicken on all sides with melted butter in pan and turn skin side up. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, onion, garlic and a dash of pepper. Baste chicken parts with the lemon mixture and bake for another 30 minutes.
