LEMON ROASTED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. Grey Poupon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 lb. chicken (whole or cut up)

Mix mustard and lemon juice in a small bowl. Place chicken on broiler pan. Brush with mustard mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 425°F for 40 minutes or until done.
