KANSAS CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp dill weed
4 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
3 green onions

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and dill; mix well. Add cucumbers and onions; toss. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

Yield: 8 servings.

Exchange: 2 vegetable, 1 1/2 fat.

Serving size 2/3 cup.
