ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
4 slices bread, cubed
1 med. can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 scant c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk

Combine bread cubes and pineapple in casserole. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over bread and pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If you desire, you may bake a little longer to brown the dish slightly.
