1 head lettuce
1 pkg. spinach
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled into pieces
1 bag frozen green peas (need not be thawed out)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
16 oz. mayonnaise
16 oz. sour cream
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Layer lettuce in pieces. Layer spinach in pieces. Layer green peas. Layer chopped green onions. Layer bacon in crumbled pieces. Layer hard-boiled eggs. Mix Ranch dressing with 16 oz. mayonnaise and 16 oz. sour cream; then spread over salad like a cake. You can cut recipe in half.
