SAVORY BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. size tomato, sliced
1/4 c. dry white wine
4 flounder or sole fillets
1/4 tsp. leaf rosemary
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Sprinkle celery in shallow baking pan. Arrange fish over celery, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary, pepper and paprika. Top with tomato and onion. Add wine. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes. Serves 4.
