SMOTHERED CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. water
1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss noodle soup mix, chicken flavor
1 c. sour cream

Coat chicken with flour. Melt butter. Add chicken and brown, turning as needed. Stir in water and soup mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Arrange chicken on platter. Stir a little hot mixture into sour cream, then stir back into remaining hot mixture in skillet. Heat to serving temperature. Do not boil. Serves 4.
