CHICKEN POPPY SEED CASSEROLE 
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine soup, cream and poppy seeds with chicken. Put in a greased casserole dish. Combine crackers and butter and put over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes a small casserole.
