GYPSY GUMBO 
1 1/2-2 lbs. hamburger, browned

Add some onion and green pepper, brown.

In crock pot:

6 sm. cans vegetable or vegetable beef soup
1 sm. can tomato soup
1 sm. soup can water

Add browned hamburger, onion, pepper. Simmer for at least an hour.

To serve: In bottom of soup bowl place small handful crushed taco chips. Pour "gumbo" in. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Great recipe for large groups (can be doubled, tripled). Also great as "make ahead" meal.
