12 slices bacon, cooked & broken into pieces
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients for 1 minute. Pour in plate. Bake until knife comes out clean; 35-40 minutes.
