IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9" or 10" pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie pan. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any leftovers.
