IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender, blend 1 minute at high speed. Pour over mixture in pie plate, bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. 6 servings. Refrigerate any leftover

HINTS: Use different leftover meats and vegetables - Monterey Jack cheese goes well with hamburger meat.
