DIET CAKE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick butter, softened
3 c. cold milk
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Mix crumbs and butter. Press the bulk of the crumb/butter mixture into a 9 x 13 x 5 inch dish. Save a few crumbs for topping. Prepare pudding with 3 cups of milk only. Mix thoroughly. Spread over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top of pudding. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
