SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. chuck or round steak
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion, cut into rings
7 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. flour
1 lb. can tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 - 2 green peppers, sliced
2 tbsp. molasses (optional)
10 oz. bag french cut green beans

Cut steak into 1 inch strips. Put steak, flour, salt and pepper into crock pot. Stir to coat steak. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice.
