ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 cans whole tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. linguine
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Pepper

Brown ground beef seasoned with garlic powder, pepper and onion powder to taste. Drain meat. Add tomato sauce, paste and chopped tomatoes with juice. Cook linguine and drain. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mozzarella cheese with hot pasta. Put half of mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and cover with half of meat sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
