SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb. butter

FILLING:

1 2/3 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
6 lg. Mac or Granny Smith apples

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine crust ingredients; press in 9-inch pie pan. Combine sour cream, sugar, egg, flour, vanilla and salt. Mix well and stir in cut-up apples. Pour in crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then drop to 350 degrees for 45 minutes more. Add mixed topping. Bake 15 minutes more at 350 degrees.
