SANDWICH SPREAD 
12 red sweet peppers
12 green sweet peppers
12 green tomatoes
4 onions
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1/2 pt. prepared mustard
1 qt. mayonnaise

Grind red and green sweet peppers, onions and tomatoes all together. Pour hot water over and let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Drain, add vinegar, flour, salt, sugar and mustard. Cook 20 minutes. Add 1 quart mayonnaise. cook a few minutes more. Put in cans. Seal while hot.
