GLAZED PORK LOINS | |
1 sm. onion 4 to 6 pork loins 1/4 to 1/3 c. vinegar 1/4 to 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed Approximately 1 tbsp. vegetable oil Saute onions in oil until golden. Push to side. Brown pork loins. Add vinegar and brown sugar, stirring until well mixed. Simmer until liquids form glaze. Serve with rice. |
