GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE AND FROSTING 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 lb. honey graham crackers, crushed
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped black walnuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
5 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add baking powder, crackers, milk and mix. Add well beaten eggs. Add coconut, pineapple and nuts. Cook in bundt pan approximately 40 minutes or until done at 325 degrees.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
Pinch salt
Juice from sm. can pineapple
