DILLED POTATO SALAD 
3 med. or 6 sm. red potatoes, quartered and boiled in jackets
1 hard cooked egg, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1/4 c. reduced calorie sour cream

Cool potatoes, peel and cut in chunks. Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Chill. Yields 4 servings.
