SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
1/8 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 c. chopped parsley
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. melted butter

Drain salmon, flake and add seasonings and crumbs. Mix lightly. Add salmon liquid to make 1 cup. Add eggs and butter. Mix. Spread into 2 quart greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
