EASY CORN PUDDING 
1 can creamed corn
1 slice bread, processed finely
2 tbsp. sugar
Sm. amount milk to pour over bread crumbs to moisten
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together the corn and egg. Add moistened bread crumbs. Add sugar, salt and pepper, and baking powder. Place in a lightly greased casserole. Do not cover. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. This is an unusual vegetable accompaniment for any type of meat dish. Wonderful to take for pot lucks.
