Meat tenderizer

Pound and put meat tenderizer on steaks. Put steaks on frying pan. Pour in Italian dressing about 1/4 inch of pan. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover pan and drain out most of dressing. Sprad barbeque sauce on steaks and broil for about 4-6 minutes.
