WHITE CHOCOLATE SQUARES 
7 oz. white chocolate
3/4 c. butter
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Butter and flour 12 x 18 inch baking pan. Melt chocolate (over hot water). Melt butter and let cool. Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Add almond flavoring, melted butter and chocolate. Add flour and salt sifted together. Add nuts. Spread in pan and bake 25 minutes (until top is dry and crusty) in a 325 degree oven. Cool completely and cut into squares.
