PAIGE'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. lean hamburger
2 lb. ground turkey
2 lg. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped peppers
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 qt. tomato juice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 bay leaves
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute hamburger and turkey in fry pan with salt instead of oil; add onions, peppers and garlic saute until tender. Pour off grease. In large cooking pot add meat and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil on medium heat and simmer for 4 hours or more. Serves 8. More tomato juice may be added for more juice or sauce.
