SKILLET DINNER 
2 strips bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. potatoes, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
2 c. shredded cabbage
3 stalks celery, diced
2 med. tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce

Fry bacon pieces until crisp; add onions and beef. Cook until browned. Add vegetables in layers; cover with soy sauce and water. Cover. Boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
