PALACSINTA 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 container (32 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mix milk, flour, eggs, and salt. Cut about a tablespoon of butter for each crepe. Place butter in hot skillet. Pour in about 1/4 cup batter. Brown and flip crepe. Remove from pan.

Place cottage cheese mixture (cottage cheese, sugar, and cinnamon) on crepe and roll crepe into a tube shape. Place rolled up crepes in baking dish. Cover with sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly (35-40 minutes).
