LIGHT 'N FRUITY CAKE | |
1 white cake mix 1 sm. pkg. Jello (any flavor) 1 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 1 sm. container Cool whip 1. Prepare cake following directions on box. 2. Cool for about 15 minutes. 3. In the meanwhile, prepare Jello with the 2 cups of water. 4. With the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes in the cake. 5. Pour Jello evenly over cake. 6. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. 7. Ice with Cool Whip before serving. Serves 10 to 15. |
