8 - MINUTE LIGHT'N FRUITY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Fruit (optional)
1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add ice; stir until gelatin thickens. Remove any unmelted ice cubes, blend in whipped topping. Fold in fruit; spoon in pie crust. Chill 3 hours.
