OVEN BAKED CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 stick melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
Poultry seasoning to taste

Cut chicken into strips and dip into milk. Mix cornflake crumbs, flour and seasonings in bag. Shake strips in mixture 2 or 3 at a time, until well coated. Lightly oil baking pan with oil. Place coated chicken strips on baking pan. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
