ZUCCHINI SOUP | |
1 lg. zucchini, chopped coarsely 1 lg. onion, chopped coarsely 2 c. water 2 cubes chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp. basil 2 tbsp. butter Mix all ingredients together in large saucepan. Cook until tender. Cool soup, then puree in blender or food processor. |
