UNCOOKED PICKLES 
3 qts. unpeeled cukes, cut thin
5 or 6 med. onions, cut thin
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 qts. white vinegar
1/3 c. salt
3 c. white sugar

Mix green pepper, celery seed, vinegar and salt together and pour over vegetables. Do not heat the vinegar. Mix all together in a large bowl. Put in jars and keep in refrigerator.
