20 oz. bag Oreo cookies
4 tbsp. butter
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. (3 1/2 oz.) French vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 inch diameter flower pot

Crush 20 ounce package Oreo cookies in blender or food processor. Cream 4 tablespoons butter, 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Blend 3 1/2 cups milk, 2 small (3 1/2 ounce) puddings, and 12 ounces Cool Whip.

Mix creamed and pudding mixture together. Layer Oreo (crushed) and filling in flower pot. End with Oreos on top. Garnish with artificial flowers. Refrigerate.
