SHOO FLY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. molasses
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. sour cream

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and molasses in large mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Pour into greased and floured tube pan about 1/3 batter, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons filling. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

Filling: Mix 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
