VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 cylinder Hi Ho crackers
1 stick butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook onion and vegetables together until done. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Pour vegetables in casserole dish. Put cut up Velveeta cheese on vegetables. Add crumbs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
