SKID ROW STROGANOFF | |
8 ozs. uncooked noodles (Pennsylvania Dutch curly) 1 beef bouillon cube 1 garlic clove, minced 1/3 c. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 (3 oz.) cans of mushrooms 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 c. sour cream Start by cooking noodles, first dropping a bouillon cube into the water. Brown the garlic, onion, and crumbled beef in the oil. Add the flour, salt, paprika, and mushrooms. Stir, and let it cook 5 minutes. Then add soup and simmer. Now add in sour cream, making sure to keep heat low. Let mixture heat through. Serve on top of noodles. |
