HERB CROUTONS | |
30 slices stale bread (white and/or wheat) 3/4 c. oil 3 tbsp. instant onion 3 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. garlic salt 3/4 tsp. ground sage 1/2 tsp. pepper Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Put on cookie sheet or in roaster pan. Toast in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes or until cubes are crisp, stirring frequently. Cool slightly. Stir in oil and sprinkle in rest of ingredients. Toss to coat. Store in covered container. |
