CREAM CHEESE JELLO 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water (part can be fruit juice)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Soften cream cheese; mix with Jello. Add boiling water and mix until smooth (you can use electric mixer). Add cold water/juice and mix well. Put in serving container (bowl or square pan) and either add oranges to Jello when partially set or garnish top with fruit before serving. Works well with strawberry Jello and fresh strawberries, too! Makes about 6 servings. Refreshing.
