GAZPACHO 
1/2 sweet onion, peeled & quartered
1 1/2 med. cucumbers, peeled, seeded, quartered
2 green peppers, eighths
6 lg. tomatoes, peeled, in eighths
5 garlic cloves
1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
1/2 c. olive oil
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. beef bouillon

Use metal blade in Cuisinart food processor. Add onion to container, chop fine. Remove onions to bowl. Repeat with cucumbers, then green peppers.
