SANDWICH BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. graham flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. molasses
2 c. sour milk (or buttermilk)

Mix and sift dry ingredients, but do not discard bran from graham flour which will not go through sifter. Add remainder of materials in given order. Put into 2 small well greased loaf pans, allow to stand 15 minutes. Bake about 40 minutes in moderate oven.
