1 dry yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat down in 9x13 pan. Blend remaining ingredients well; pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Ovens vary. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top while hot.
