MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 1/4 c. sweet milk
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. cornbread mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (#2) can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. longhorn cheese, grated
1 lg. onion, grated
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Mix well. Cook at 450 degrees in large pan.
