KYOTO WINGS 
1 3/4 lbs. lg. wing
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic

Remove wing tips, save for broth. In a large skillet in the hot butter, brown the wings on one side; turn, cover and cook gently until tender, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan gently boil together the orange juice, 1 tablespoon of the honey, soy sauce and garlic until thickened about 15 minutes. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon honey. Remove excess fat from skillet containing wings. Pour hot sauce over wings, serve.
