FISH CAMP SLAW | |
3 lbs. cabbage 2 green peppers 1 med. onion, grated 3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 c. yellow vinegar 1 2/3 c. water 2 c. sugar Chop and mix together cabbage, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, salt and black pepper. Combine vinegar, water and sugar in saucepan and heat to a boil. Cool and pour over cabbage mixture. Let set 24 hours in refrigerator. |
