GARLIC SLAW 
1 head cabbage, sliced
1/2 head lettuce, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1 cucumber, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tomatoes, quartered
1/2 tsp. dehydrated garlic flakes

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. dark vinegar
4 to 5 pks. artificial sweetener
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dry dressing mix

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat until hot. Pour over slaw mixture 45 minutes before serving. Water may be added if vinegar taste is too strong.
