1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 7 ingredients, beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Spread batter evenly in a buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Delicious served warm and ala mode.
